When we are closed we make sure we can provide our clients with urgent medical care until we re-open, giving clients comfort that their pets are always going to have help if they ever do need it.
For our out of hours service we use the University of Glasgow School of Veterinary Medicine Small Animal Hospital. They offer world-class service for pets and their owners in the UK.

If you ever have to use our out of hours service (OOH) please always call them beforehand and don’t just arrive unannounced. Calling ahead allows the OOH team to triage patients and advise clients of costs/waiting times. As you can imagine, walk-ins can be very disruptive to the hospital and may result in longer waiting times.
